On Saturday 21st October, we engaged Bell's Plumbing to resolve a faulty tap problem infront of my Mum's front yard. Philip agreed over the phone that he would attend my Mum's address at 2:30 pm. Phillip preyed upon my elderly mother who is 89 years of age by overcharging her, by deliberately manipulating the hours work. Phillip excessively charged my mother for 1.5 hours work when he only did a 15-20 minutes job. Bell's Plumbing admission that his plumber's deceptive conduct manipulated the timing the services his plumber alleged to have provided. Philip clearly exaggerated the charges to gain or benefit financial advantage in a deceitful manner.
