Made an appointment with them last week and they confirmed they’d take TAC clients and there would be no out of pocket fees. Got a few back and forth calls today where it’s a different receptionist that the practitioner Carol would want me to pay upfront and ask to reschedule the appointment. I’d suggest please don’t confirm when you are unsure. Disappointing experience and a waste of time.

The director of the practice, Dr Taylor, is a warm caring person who takes a personal interest in all the people she comes into contact with. I admire her for her professionalism and preparation.
