Grosvenor are the best in the business. Every time I sheepishly arrive with a well worn suit/shirt, they have always been able to deliver a great outcome for me. I go out of my way to bring my clothes in and I have great faith in the Team.

I've been going here for a few years now and I cannot recommend these guys enough! The service is always fantastic and they offer alterations and repairs as well as dry cleaning. Apart from the quality service, the staff members are what makes this business stand out from the rest. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Top quality service. Eddie and Warren are meticulous and handle each item with special care. They have done an incredible job with some very special items, including a handmade christening gown that had been handed down through the family, as well as an expensive handbag that they managed to salvage. Dropped a wedding dress off for clean. The receipt said pickup in two weeks on Friday after 4pm. I thought great. So turned up and it wasn’t ready. They said something like the time was wrong and it’ll take about a month. I said that’s fine as I won’t need it in that time (because it’s a wedding dress). So 6 weeks later I still hadn’t heard despite insisting they call me or text me when it was ready. So I called. It took 4 times to get through before the guy put me on ‘hold’ which meant he just put the phone on the bench while he dealt with customers in the shop. Which is fine. I get that, but when you don’t have hold music it means I just listen to you chatting to friends and suppliers for 7 min. Something about some equipment for the business and then plans on the weekend. I understand dealing with customers but chatting to suppliers about the weekends while I’m on the phone seems like too much. I hung up because I think they forgot about me. Eventually I got through and they said something like the next week or Monday and they would message. I was busy so didn’t contact and didn’t get any messages so called back 2 weeks later. They said it’s almost done. A week after it should have been ready. 3 weeks after t should have been ready the 2nd time and a month or more after it should have been ready the first time. It still isn’t ready. I still didn’t hear and finally called on Friday and said I’m coming Monday afternoon to pickup. They said ok it’ll be ready. I turned up Monday afternoon and it was not ready. The guy who was working as not the one I spoke to and he did not know anything about it. He showed me one which wasn’t mine, that was packed up and ready to go. Eventually we found it and the shawl but it wasn’t packed up ready. I was ready to take it but figured it would be best packed up properly for storage. I asked them to please deliver as it I had wasted so much time there and going back and forth. They did deliver it. The next day. They did pack it up in a proper box with the special paper. They let me know that it was complimentary. That’s what the extra two stars are for. I guess it’s nice when people acknowledge when they messed up.

My experience at Grosvenor Dry Cleaners has always been excellent. However recently I took an overcoat covered in glue there despite everyone telling me it was a waste of time no Dry Cleaner could clean it. It was my favorite coat and I was desperate so I presented it to be told that they would do their best but could not promise a good result. Today I picked up my coat looking like a new coat an extraordinary result. I am in awe of their workmanship. Lorenda Gracey

I regularly use Grosvenor for suit dry cleaning, and am always extremely impressed with their level of service. The staff are professional and courteous, and take great care in handling my suits. The cleaning itself is consistently of the highest quality - my suits come back looking and smelling like new. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of dry cleaning services.
