Shop has a picture of a zipper on it, though they do not repair zippers.

I visited a couple of months ago to get my pants altered and it was very sub par quality and felt like they weren’t friendly at all. Went today to get pants altered and their closed between 12/12:45. How is that service? Wasn’t anywhere on their opening hours so how are your customers meant to know? Go elsewhere

Service was fantastic, staff were very friendly. Alterations were a very reasonable price and the actual job itself was very well done, highly skilled. Would recommend.

Stitched a hole in my boyfriend’s hoodie so fast, it was done by the time we had paid. Amazing!!

Terrible service. Expressed concerns about how garment was pinned during consultation but concerns were dismissed. After collecting garment, garment wasn't even altered as pinned.

Charged me $35 to fix the zip on my bag. And it worked... for about 24 hours. In fact, after the zipper fell apart, I noticed the other shoddy work they did; the 'patch up' job they did to my Mont Blanc bag. I'll be coming back when I can for a refund.

Disappointed they couldn’t line up properly b4 sewing. I simply gave them a tape to stitch into my handbag. One side neat u0026 tidy. Other side is skewed… top dollar of $40 and one side uneven . I went here to get it done properly … I could’ve made this mess myself and saved $40
