I used Deluxe Dry Cleaners for the first time. Three garments. Three expensive and favourite garments ruined. An anorak now stained with strange oil marks. A coat now shapeless and wrinkled and a sports jscket pilled all over. I was travelling so packed my newly dry cleaned clothes. Each unwearable when I arrived. Won’t get back to Melbourne to argue the case with them. But I shouldn’t have to. Do not use these incompetents.

Family owned and operated, absolutely brilliant at customer service, this drycleaners is by far the best in the business.

Price is good and the service is excellent. You get a txt message when garments are ready to collect.

Firstly this place is very expensive. I got 16 pieces of garments drycleaner from them and had to pay a fortune. I was told initially on phone more than 5 shirts done together cost $50( like a deal), at the time of billing it turned out $58.95. When I gave them few garments, few of them had basic dog saliva stains, turns out they couldn’t even remove them which I only got to know when I opened up clothes at home. No one told me at the counter what happened or if they were able to clean the clothes properly. Really poor service, please don’t waste your time and money. Better to find another drycleaning place

They did a great job on my wedding jacket. Efficient, reasonably priced, friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more.
