10-23-2023 23:01Ahbi the store manager was extremely unhelpful in helping me process a purchase in-store under a business account which has been conducted multiple times via the same method prior. Was uninterested in actually listening and trying to help resolve, rather just flat out refused to give any attempt at all. Would highly recommend him receiving additional training.

08-02-2023 15:36I usually have great experience shopping at officeworks in general until I bought something from this shop. The store manager is RUDE and RACIST. I hate doing this but she really pushed the button. I wanted to buy iPhone 15 pro max at the shop at the this store with celebrate gift card but the staff there told me that they couldn't order it since the stock was locked by their system. I called customer service and they told me order online with my credit card, collect at the shop, refund to credit card and buy again with celebrate gift card. I didn't mind to do that and finally I got my click and collect on 17/10/23. I told the staff at the register that i want to refund and buy again with gift card. The store manager name Amanda came and told me that I was doing fraud with my gift card and couldn't refund and buy again. I was really upset when she just came and accused me for doing fraud and so upfront. I told her the story and she didn't believe me (tried to call customer service and accused me lying) that the store couldn't order iPhone 15 pro max. I had to argue with her that I bought gift cards from Coles by showing my bank account then she was treating me like a criminal by asked me to reopen my digital driving licence from NSW app in the front of her because she didn't believe it is genuine. I know I wearing gym cloths and ASIAN. After I won the argument she wasn't happy and told me that my gift card could be used and had to force her to give a try. I had to use multiple gift cards and she was so rude by taping her fingers on the table and after i paid everything I told her thank you and she didn't even wanna say thank you bank. I am very disappointed that she didn't know how to act as a store manager and think she can do whatever she wants. I don't think she would do this if I wasn't Asian.

05-25-2023 20:59this place is equivalent to hell on earth, i have never had one single good experience here i just waited at the desk for 40 minutes for the girl working to first off be so rude to me and second off tell me they can’t print any paper in any size at all and managed to print one of the 5 pages i asked for with random lines printed over it, AND I PAYED FOR IT!!?! another note, a few weeks ago i called multiple times for my call to be picked up and absolutely no one answer, just the noises of the officeworks, i tried calling back three times and this happened every time, the third time i was on the line for half an hour asking if anyone was there i’ve literally had nothing but atrocious experiences with this place and i’m never ever going here again

05-19-2023 03:36Disappointing Printing Experience My recent visit to Officeworks Pitt Street was quite frustrating and left me questioning their policies regarding customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. I spent a substantial two hours editing some important photos on the Office Work monitors, only to find out that the printed copies had errors. Naturally, the manager offered a refund, which was promptly provided. However, my disappointment escalated when the lady at the counter requested that I surrender all the printed photos for shredding while chewing her gum. I explained to her that these photos held personal value, some of which belonged to others as well. After investing so much time and resources into editing and printing, it was disheartening to witness such a wasteful decision. Rather than discarding them, these prints could have been offered to the customer or potentially repurposed. It's not just about the money spent; it's also about minimizing waste and being environmentally responsible. I urge Officeworks to reconsider their policies in situations like this and find more sustainable and customer-friendly solutions.

04-19-2023 16:59Worst click and collect experience ever. Seems most of the staff members don't seem to know how their click and collect works. They made me wait half an hour saying they can't find my package. Then they went to grab it from the self and then made me wait for another 10mins. Finally after 40 minutes one guy comes with the item and asks me to pay for it. And when I tell him that I had already paid for it when I ordered for click and collect, he scans the click and collect barcode then looks into the cupboard just behind the counter that says Click and Collect 2 hours and pulls out my order and apologizes while handing it to me. Should've just come to the store and gotten it from the self.
