I had the pleasure of being served by two wonderful and knowledgeable ladies in your team on the evening of Tuesday 15 August 2022. One in particular took the time to solder and build me 3 mini circuits for my nieces national science week project. After initially having bought a few led lights which were faulty she ensured each circuit was tested, beautifully and elegantly put together and working. I was so blessed by your store (opposite the QVB) and my little niece absolutely loved her project! Thank you for training and hiring superstars and consequently ensuring I could help develop an appreciation for science in Australia’s next generation engineers.

I went to return an electronic item but the lady warking there did not know how to behave with customer. I will never ho back even if I get a better value product only because of my experience.

Nerds young and old rejoice! A small store but friendly staff. Jaycar fills that electronic component niche note that Dick Smith has gone. There is a good variety of products, not great. Check out their website which has a great range and then give the store a call to see if it's on the self.

The customer service lady was very very rude. We came here to return a product but she was keep asking questions which was nothing to do with her. As a customer we got right to return a product if it does not fullfill our requirement. Most importantly the way she was speaking was rude. Not the right person for this job.
