I was in store enquiring about splitboard climbing skins and was served by Nadia. I can't recall the last time I felt this satisfied as a customer. She was friendly, informative and genuine. She was very patient with the tedious task of fitting skins and went out of her way to find alternative clamps for me. Would highly recommend supporting this shop as it appears they will support you back!

Matt was amazing contact, and service on phone was detailed and useful. I needed to ring and change an order, and they made it so simple, and delivery still left same day, and arrived in Qld next day.. Outstanding!

As per the store managers request, this review provides feedback on back country ski gear hire quality and level of maintenance. - equipment not maintained and failed continuously throughout our multi day trip - Entry level equipment unsuited to back country multi day trips Raised in store with manager. Shrug of the shoulders, an apology and asked to write a review online. Losing a snow shoe several times a day because it is not maintained isn’t what I would expect of Mont. I expected more from Mont than the average petrol station hire!

Ordered two rope wash bottles online. Due to stock control issues only got one. Also ordered headlamp which I found had different brand batteries in it which had corroded and thus lamp does not work. Tried to send email to online services, no response.

Went in to see the sale. Found a bolder pad I liked at 20%. Good deal. Got to the counter. Scaned discount price was $7 higher than the price taged price. Got told it's an old tag and that's how much it cost. If it an old tag it was bought at a lower price and been sold at the new higher price. Why bother putting price tags on products if your not going to bother honouring it. Made my purchase elsewhere. Same product posted to my door form a retailer in Sydney was $20 cheaper than there on sale price. It wasn't on sale there. Burning people with the community you live in is bad business. I shop local as a policy, I'll make an exception with Mont.
