10-13-2023 13:54Check in was smooth and easy, having a carpark is convenient and we could even leave the car before check in time. The room is spacious and pretty clean. The location is good, super close to the airport and to a food market held every weekend. Very convenient transport to the CBD too. On the bad side, the bathroom was quite small and the shower had very little pressure, at times it'd run out of water while showering (and pressure was inconsistent during a short shower). The room could do with a bit more decor as it wasn't very cosy, is a bit outdated, so I didn't feel like photos advertised were accurate. Overall there are cheaper alternatives but we chose this one because of parking (which can end up being more expensive elsewhere).

09-26-2023 06:06Old and a bit tired and smelly carpet. I told the receptionist that the WiFi doesn’t work, so she replied “ok”. ‘Interesting’ attitude… so no wifi for 4 days. Quite noisy because of the proximity to the main road and some noise from internal systems. The only good things thing is the location

09-21-2023 15:43The hotel is old and tired but good value for money. No reception after 4pm weekdays check in would be easier if they put a light near the key box and a ledge to put your wallet and bits whilst on the phone to check in. Car park easy access but no lighting at night very dark and read the instructions on the letter with your keys to find your room of outside of main building. No Restaurant NO BAR no wine or beer in mini fridge and the local bottle shop closes at 8pm Monday to Friday. My room reminded me of the Joh B Era in Qld. Was big and spacious dated and worn. Bed comfortable and clean linen and towels. For the money I paid it was good value I would stay again but next time I would bring a bottle of RED and some beers. Maybe a cheese platter to past the time away. There is a Italian restaurants about fifty metres up the road towards racecourse road called Gina’s looked basic but ok Pub the Hamo is a waste of time noisey tired and meals very ordinary but you do have options in Racecourse Road.

08-12-2023 09:432 stars for a 3 star hotel I think is being a little generous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and booked for 5. Presenting to our room there were only beds for 4 made up. We went to reception and was advised where the additional bedding was. The property is looking very tired and the handle for our oven was completely missing. The pictures paint a different picture to the actual condition of the property.

04-20-2023 01:13Late check in was easy, I just sent them an email (because my international roaming wasn't working) and they promptly replied with my easy check in details. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful facilities and a nice little garden area to have a cigarette. $26 taxi ride to and from airport. Highly recommend

04-03-2023 16:08As a group of two families we booked two x two bedroom apartments through our travel agent. We looked online and it seemed it would be a good spot to overnight before flying out of Brisbane the next morning. The driver who dropped us off asked who had booked it, and advised there was accommodation much nearer the airport. And then we picked up the keys and went our rooms - and we were mortified! The dark, dingy apartments looked and smelled like student flats from the 1990’s - everything was old, stained and musty, the stove was rusted, and it was really only one bedroom with a second area you could partition off from the living - it couldn’t have been less like the photos. The apartment may have been clean, but the state of it made us feel uncomfortable. We went back to reception but they’d already closed - so we dropped our keys in the dropbox and booked elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!

03-11-2023 07:13We stayed 2 nights and were delightfully surprised as it exceeded our expectations in every way. Rooms were quite lovely and well appointed. Good parking, very close to Monet in Paris exhibition which was a 10 minute delightful walk. 5 minute walk to Racecourse Road and all the restaurants. Short drive to Valley and easy drive to Mt Cootha. We drove from the Sunshine Coast and it was 1 hour 10 minutes door to door. Just exit freely and short drive to Hotel. Similarly, driving back was quick with easy access to freely. Pricing was very competitive as well. We will definitely stay again as our hotel of choice
