Always excellent service, replaced my phone screen in under 2 hours! Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

My phone (Samsung S4) badly needed a screen replacement so I googled to find somewhere that would do the job while I waited - Phone Smiths did... They were very accommodating and helpful to set up a convenient time for me to come in and went above and beyond in noticing and checking why my phone was overheating, supplying a missing phone back, and promptly and professionally completing these tasks along with the screen replacement. I highly recommend their services and would definitely go back to them again (but hope I don't need to in a hurry!).

They charge slighting less than Apple for battery replacement, but don’t use genuine parts, so you will no longer see your battery health and your new battery will be worse or the same as you old genuine battery at 70%. I can not recommend and would not use again. Just go to Apple.

I'm very happy with the service I've received here. A quick turnaround on repair at a fair price. I appreciate that these guys work to find the best solution rather than just trying to spend my money. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! I had an issue with my phone, diagnosed in minutes (sadly something catastrophic that can't be repaired) but was given some very helpful advice and this was all free of charge! I can't thank them enough for their great service. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone.
