We were attended to by a very capable and knowledgeable young lady named Jane. My smashed iPhone screen was replaced and tempered glass added by Jane, who was kind enough to stay late as we turned up as she was basically closing! Jane has a great selection of iPhones covers so I grabbed a textured ‘Watermelon’ one and by the time Jane worked her magic, with a smile and her awesome attitude, I left ‘In Case Mobile’ at Brighton shopping centre with what looks and feels like a brand-new phone for a tenth of the price. Jane put a tempered glass screen protector on my phone not long ago. Unfortunately however, it broke and started lifting from the corners. I went back there and today Jane replaced it with a silicon cover free of charge, even though I offered to pay. She is very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

Had my phone's broken screen protector replaced here with a tempered glass screen protector with UV-cured glue interface. They did a very neat job in 10 minutes and the price was reasonable at $40 (Samsung Note 10+; tempered glass protectors can cost even more online and require self application)
