International Cakes

Chocolate mudcake is really good if you eat it after putting in a microwave for 30 seconds for the chocolate layer to melt. The macarons are big and taste good as well, but a little bit overpriced. The staffs are nice and friendly, so I think I will visit again.

Baklava was ok, but cakes are super dry and coffee was tasteless and felt like water. The traditional feel is still there but maybe worth investing time in better cakes and freshness.

Not cheap and not the most inviting place to dine in, but there are many wonderful and delicious offerings to choose from. Take away slice etc are around $6.50 upwards, but many are very large and would do two people.

EVIL!!! we need some real greek grandparents to take over this conniving atrocity. places like this should be considered fraudulent. $30+ dollars for 2 little desserts and 2 coffees. and it tasted like the smell of a burp. like if the country of Greece burped. SHAME! idk WHAT was inside my cannoli, but it definitely wasn’t cream. something with a lot of corn starch in it. traditional greek butter biscuit seem like it was a century old. im not even a grouchy person, i am actually in quite a good mood, but PLEASE dont waste your money on the desserts. coffee was fine.

Good coffee and didn't have a problem with any of the sweets we ordered. They do offer a lot of cakes, portion sizes are large but they can be very sweet. Get something savoury to split with a friend while enjoying a coffee.

Grace and I popped into International Cakes for a bite to eat and a cup of coffee while we were attending the Antipodes Festival. Two Spanakopitas and two coffees cost us $29. I would call that reasonable, so this place is neither a cheap option, or expensive. The Spanakopitas were good and so were the coffees. They would rate amongst the best, but not the greatest that I have ever had. The decor is ok but doesn't stand out. Basically, this is a place to drop in to meet friends and chat for awhile over a cup of coffee. It doesn't quite stand out though, so I gave them just 4 stars.

A cute store which offers sandwiches, sweets, drinks and coffees. The sweets were beautiful, tasty. Good proportions. Staff friendly. Seating available.
