I have been going to Marcus and his team for a year now and the service keeps getting better and better . His staff are all meticulous training in hairdressing , they can discuss every aspects of what they are doing and why they are doing it but their customer service skills are also exceptional . They communicate how long they will be and anticipate any delays . I’ve never been sat in my chair wondering how long the service will take or without a drink and a friendly smile . The atmosphere is wonderful . Highly recommend!!

First time leaving a review but I felt it was absolutely necessary. I had my hair done for the first time at this salon and I am blown away. Kai exceeded all my expectations. He was professional, thorough, talented, and a great laugh to chat with. Hands down the best hair dresser I have found on the Gold Coast since moving here. So thankful I finally found someone who understood what I wanted and did it perfectly. Thanks Kai, can’t wait to be back

This place is it! I go almost weekly/fortnighy for wash and blow drys with Jordan and for all my dyes and cuts. I've never been made to feel rushed ONCE which is a massive feat. Isn't that usually what happens in salons? Even when I was late once (sorry jordan) he still took his time and never gave me less of a wash or a quick dry. I've been coming and going to different places looking for consistent and good service accompanied by chilled vibes and an all round good atmosphere. I've just wanted consistency and affordability. It seems hard to get that these days. This place is it! There's also never too much hassle for them seeming to be able to fit u in some place in their schedule and still not making it feel rushed! Don't know how they do it. Oh and another great thing. It's the only salon that you don't hear patron's or staff gossiping about other people! Pet peeve of mine on the GC. They are positive and uplifting and as a female who likes getting pampered this family run business are top notch👌 Thank God I found y'all. I will never see myself going elsewhere.
