Wise West Cleaning Services

If I could give no stars I would, nearly a month ago we moved into a rental property who used this cleaner for an entry clean as the house had been vacant for some time. When we moved in I noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed, the walls were dirty as well as the skirts and there were still spider webs (photos were taken when we moved in). I let the real estate agent know and they got the cleaners to organize a date to come back and do the clean properly as they had charged the property owner nearly $600 for their service and they called me but they did not show up on the elected date and have not been in contact with me to explain why or reorganize another date so I tried calling them but they will not answer my calls. I had started cleaning it myself and no longer require their services and now the owner will be left with the challenge of chasing a refund... I have photos with dates to show their lack of effort and professionalism and call logs to show when they contacted me and my efforts to contact them... would not recommend them for any service, but I bet I will have a very punctual call from them after this review post...

The service provided by this agent was beyond my expectation. All cleanings work done in my house was very standard. Manager was very friendly and adjustable. I would hire his service in future too.
