My partner and I absolutely loved Samurai. The service was very attentive and the food was amazing. Great quality and the flavors and textures were unreal. One of the best Japanese we’ve had in Sydney.

This is a great Japanese restaurant and we've eaten there many times. Best to book, especially on the weekend, but the staff will go out of their way to fit you in. We arrived without a booking on a Saturday night and they were more than happy for us to have a table as long as we were no more than an hour. However, we weren't pressured at all to vacate, and the food is so very good. It's not licenced, which is something to remember.

EXCELLENT food, great atmosphere, friendly and highly hospitable staff, very reasonably priced for the serving sizes and quality. The ONLY thing that lets it down is the atrocious acoustics mean you can’t hear yourself think, with over ten people in the restaurant! Screaming out for acoustic panels!! Simple tweak would massively improve this place!!

Good family friendly Japanese restaurant. Dinner bento boxes are great value, offering 3 boxes + 2 side dishes. Service is friendly but a little overworked when restaurant is crowded. Reservations needed for dinner. Will be back!
