Sushi Rio

Came to Sushi rio when visiting Sydney. It is a very nice experience. Friendly staffs everything so fresh. The nigiri is beautifully made by the chef Definitely comeback next time visiting Sydney

I had previously visited this place at Westfield and was impressed by the wide selection of menu options and the quality of the sushi. However, this particular branch did not meet my expectations in terms of the appearance and quality of the sushi. It appeared to have been made by less experienced chefs. Nevertheless, given the price of only $3.80, I cannot complain too much. Although it was not as good as before, it was still decent sushi. On the other hand, the service was fantastic - the staff were friendly and efficient. We placed our order from the menu rather than the sushi train, and it arrived in under five minutes. Don't know why this place has such a low score. Even though it was busy when we went we were seated immediately. The sushi train was full and had plenty of variety. Also had one made to order, which took a while, but that was to be expected since it was so busy. The fish tasted good and fresh. Staff was really friendly. Paying the bill at the end also went very fast and smooth. The only complaint I have though is that they should update their prices on the menu outside (on the glass wall on the opposite side of where the entrance is).

A nice Japanese sushi bar, not only the sushi, but also different types of Japanese food! I’m not sure how long are they staying there, but at least 4 years I know. Recommend to everyone who like Japanese food and want to try kinds of things. Go with friends!

The food was yummy. Freshly made sushi. The shop is so accessible to Paddy's Market. The staffs are so attentive and nice.
