Seems to ignore customer on busy occasions, but stuff they’re selling there are not bad

Lady named Emma was very knowledgeable of the jewellery and very friendly. Would highly recommend if wanting to have a browse and buy an item.

Went in to buy our wedding rings and all we received was kindness and all staff were all very helpful and friendly. Haven't felt this kind of customer service in a long time. Highly recommend.

Staff member who served me was WAY too pushy and said one pair of earrings wasn't enough for my sisters birthday, the desperation was too much and very irritating. Would have gone elsewhere if there was another jewelry store in the centre.

Look for Georgia in this store, she is the best. She knows what custiomer wants. I am under stress currently but I hope she will help me for the BEST.
