Was very happy to find the special diet dry food was available and even better, the price was great. I ordered 2 bags one, but made an error and put through the order twice. I contacted Darren the owner and he was extremely helpful. He said he would cancel the last order and refund the money. I received the funds back in my account, no issue, and the food was delivered the next morning. Service in all respects were excellent and I will definitely be using their website again. Highly recommend! Darren was extremely kind my allowing me to purchase an extra bag of meals for mutts for my dogs, as it’s been out of stock for so long that I was desperate. His prices beat all of the big pet warehouses. And to top it off he told me he could deliver the next morning, (I was a little sceptical), and he did at no extra charge.

At first I was hesitant as I don’t do a lot of online shopping and have never gone through Direct Pet Supplies Perth before however, after reading the reviews I was a bit more at ease especially with Darren emailing back asap (I had a lot of questions as well) I decided to go ahead with my purchases and although I lived outside the area for delivery I was able to pick up at my convenience to which I didn’t have an issue with. Darren has been so lovely with any interactions! Always checks first if a flavour of my cats food is out of stock after I’ve ordered it whether a different flavour or a refund would be better. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else I can find and the dispatching time is always incredibly quick. I will continue to come back to buy from here for all my future cat food orders.
