I’ve bought a few things from the store. Customer service is not great. Last time I went with a friend she was sort of shocked on how unfriendly the staff was. Even though after that experience I really struggled to come back I saw a dress I really liked. My experience didn’t change at all. I try to be as nice as I can as I have worked several years on customer service that’s why it’s shocking to me how you can make a store so unwelcoming. Is very rare for me to leave bad reviews, but it’s sad to see such lack of customer service.
